These people are the biggest scammers there is customer service is horrible I can’t believe they allow their employees to be so rude I fell behind on a car payment they told me to borrow money from somebody I get a text about a problem to help get you back on track I ask them about it they said I didn’t qualify my car needed a water pump my warranty all of a Sudden it had ran out the list goes on these people are the worst I feel like I sold my soul to the devil do not ever get a car from these people they are horrible

Worst company ever! I have 2018 volkswagen never missed a payment or been late. Recall on my vehicle can not be fixed. I smell gas when I start my car! Warranty department sherri some other lady rude! Said it's not their problem, but keep making your payments or it will go on your credit and we will garnish your check and take your taxes! I hate this company i'm filing in court against them.. I'm in louisville, ky. I want out of this vehicle asap get me another car
