Steak 'n Shake

I am highly upset with the way I was treated tonight. This was around a little after a 11:00. It was already a long wait to order the food. Then we finally get to the speaker box and it's still a wait. We ordered a chicken tender meal with fries and a drink and then an extra fry. We get to the window and it takes a while for her to pay us out. Takes another while to get our food. We finally received our order and it's wrong. Instead of receiving an extra fry we got a sandwich. So we handed both bags bag and asked for out fry. The crew that was in there area started laughing and they gave us our bag. We were fed up so we just left. I get home and open my bag and more than half of the container of fries were empty. None spilled in the bag. Not to mention they treated my mother really poorly. This was terrible and for the amount of money I paid it was not work the wait. Highly upset.
