Ordered a loveseat on July 4, 2021. Was told would have delivery in 18-20 was. Put it in by end of Nov - I was willing to except and expressed that as long as before 12-25-2021 that was fine. Told "by all means"! I only heard from our salesperson-Adaimia Schroeder (manager) once saying it was on schedule by phone. I stopped in the store on Sept 14, 2021 and was told it wasn't coming in until Feb of 2022. I ask to cancel the order and was told to talk with Adaimia Schroeder. I called the next day and she was very unprofessional and rude. Was told nothing she could do and it would probably be March/April of 2022 before I would "see it". I stated if it wasn't made yet it made no sense for me to wait indefinitely. A lot was said - I ask for a corporate number to call and was told "there isn't one - she decides". She said she can "do nothing". Loveseat was paid in full - I think it's reasonable to ask for a refund on something I entrusted to be delivered in a timely manner.
