I have two complaints:
1. An employee said I got a sample of medicine which she never gave me. I was later charged for the sample that I did not receive.
2. The pharmacy gave me an inaccurate diabetes medicine. I've called the pharmacy 3 times and my Dr. 3 times. My Dr. sent the script yesterday. I never heard from the pharmacy. I called today and asked them to verify. The person I spoke with asked when I wanted the med and hung up on me.
They have been rude and unethical. The wrong medicine has definitely affected my health this week.
