I was asked in a hearing last year. Did I have a learning disability? I stated I did and I was reading on there website if somebody has a learning disability, they must take the correct steps and measures. Oh, finding someone that will help me? They didn't do that causing me to lose an appeal cause I was late. Cause I didn't understand how to follow an appeal. With my learning disabilities, it's noted in my phone conversation with the Department of Labor's phone interview on the phone appeal? I had August the 13th of 2022 I believe it was or th 16th of August 2022...I want a review of my whole file showing I my constitutionally rights have and were violentlaed from the department of labor staff
