On Sunday June 11 my husband came to the store around 1pm and ordered 16 pieces of chicken to be picked up at 545pm. When he got home he told me I needed to call to verify as he wasn't sure they got it. So about 2:30 I called and verified 16 pieces of chicken for 545pm. They said yes he had ordered it and they would have it ready. So at 545 he goes to pick it up and they forgot it. They told him that he would have to wait 15 minutes. This was very frustrating.
Desired outcome: Just very frustrated with this service.
Dillons - Rude employee
I walked into this Dillion's today expecting to have a pleasant experience as i usually do. The employees are usually very nice and pay attention to what i need. They make sure my experience shopping goes well. However, today i was greeted by Heidi. She was rude and ignored me when I was trying to ask her questions. She seemed more interested in other coworkers than in her customers. She rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't want to be there. That is not the kind of attitude I want to be greeted with when I go shopping.
