Pizza Hut

3 Jan 20, Ticket #45, Invoice #27 1:27PM when paid $19.49 for 2

Tables were not cleared off, wiped ours and we dried with napkins.
Buffet had no lettuce in salad bar and nothing else was full, 90% of items were empty. Friend got pasta while waiting on lettuce, which was coming, then they had not forks they were all in the wash. Folks next to us gave us 2 extra forks they had, never did get any forks out. I have attached a picture of salad bar. It was nasty, food strung all around. Nobody was manning that at all to provide the food or clean up.
Pizzas weren't replaced and were dry and crunchy! Oh we did get a dessert pizza before we left.]
Table next to us, picture attached, sat there for 20 minutes before cleared. Probably only done that because we were complaining to the "Shift Leader".
Told her out issue, she just looked like a deer in the headlights, no apology just the explanation they had a big party come in. Don't know how they would serve a big party. Must of been food then...
This was really a pathetic experience. Know you're about the only game in town, but this pizza hut is a poor example. Maybe need a little shake up!
