Culver's

The Wabash, IN store took our drive up order 09/20/2021, and ask us to park. There we sat over 45 minutes after which we finally inquired of our order and was treated very rude by a manager, we then asked for a refund and again was treated very disrespectful.
After leaving we called the store and asked for contact information to corporate and was told if we wanted that information we could look it up ourselves online or some other way.
We hope this isn't acceptable behavior for all your stores customer service representatives.
