They offer a referral bonus to donors and I've donated on numerous occasions. I referred someone and the unprofessional staff supposedly wrote my name and the person I referred names down ..the person I referred still donates and I've never been paid my $50 bonus for referring them. This is poor business practice and if I can't get my compensation today, I'm going to let it be known on EVERY social media platform of what kind of rip off they are, and how they do not keep their end of the bargain .. been months and I've called and left messages and no one has returned my calls.
I've donated to the Muncie, Indiana facility on numerous occasions and referred someone ...the nurse wrote our info down but I've never been compensated for the referral. It's been almost 2 months and I've left numerous messages to them and have never gotten a response or compensation
BioLife Plasma Services - service
I was hoping for some clarification on policy. I am a 22 year old healthy male. I was in the Army. And I went to exercise this morning like usual and it was 30s tempere wise so my body wasn't prepared for it so I had some chest pains. So 4 hours after exercising I went to donate and I asked what my blood pressure was and mentioned I was doing strenuous work outside and I got chest pains but had been gone for about 4 hours. And I was denied donating because 4 hours ago I worked out like normal people do and had some chest pains which is normal after a strenuous exercise. I was hoping for some clarification on policy on this matter. I also have been a manager at Walmart and know there has to be a policy for everything. The donating location was in Muncie Indiana
