Starbucks

on May 28 2021 I ordered a drink from the Starbucks located on 5319 N MAIN STREET MISHAWAKA IN.
When I arrived to receive my drink I was told they did not have a order for me. They suggested I ordered at a different location by mistake. I pulled up my order and assured them this was not the case. Your app even provides a map with a red dot locator to assure you know where you have placed your order. I was told I could place my order again. I replied no thank you. I was told I would cancel my first order and place a new one. I am unsure why I have to cancel a order you do not have! amazingly I was still charged for this order! a order they assured me I had not placed. I would like to be refunded!
