I went in for eye exam for contacts and glasses, I ordered contacts and a pair of glasses and did the contact club for an additional 20$ this was on Dec 15,2022. As of todays date which is 1/7/23 I still haven’t received anything. I’ve called several times and never got a real answer or reason for not getting my order, but on my glasses they said they sent my lenses to store and the store said they didn’t fit in the frames I ordered. Which seems really odd so store sent back to manufacturer. On my contacts I was not given a reason why they have been delayed for going on a month. I will never go back so want a refund for the “20$ contact club” oh and the so called discount for being a member, I paid full price and wasn’t given any sort of a discount or percentage off my original order
