Hou charged me for an order that i never placed. Your website kept giving me error messages while running extremely slow and it kept duplicating every item i added to my cart. I ended up having to close the website browser and placing my order as guest instead of logging in. I finally got the order to go thru on your website 45 minutes after your cashier told me she wouldnt take my order over the phone. We ordered a full stack of pancakes and two orders of french toast. Just enough for my two teenage sons. You told me you were out of syrup so i had to buy syrup from 711 for $8.00 and upon arriving home i received an email notification saying ihop charged me $49.34 for my order (the order ihop website previously duplicated every item in cart that i had to abandon due to errors and poor quality web hosting services. You need to send my credit asap because i dont have extra money sitting around for ihop to
just take from their customers.
