Planned Parenthood Federation Of America [PPFA] - refusal of exam

Yesterday, I had an appointment in merrillville in on oct. 22, 2019 at 1:50 p.M. I had made a previous appointment over the phone stating what I wanted to come in for and they booked me an appointment. I told them I wanted to come in for an sti exam/check up to check for sti's and bacteria infections. When I got there, they took my insurance info, had me sign some paper work, weighed me, and then that they not doing an exam on me
They said they will only take my urine to check for clamdiya and goneria. I then proceeded to ask them why they not doing what I asked them to do, what I was scheduled to get done. They then ask do you have any symptoms? I said I have been dizzy, they asked are you dizzy now and I say no, but I was dizzy earlier and I be dizzy every day. They still said they will not do the exam, so I left. I never once talked to the nurse, she just sent her workers back and forth to say things to me. There was no professionalism, no compassion, no education for me at that appointment. It was like they did not want to work. It was a gossiping atmosphere. I can tell you some of their business they was saying. My questions are: I had the insurance, why couldn't I get an yearly check up/exam of my choice? If I was not going to be able to get what I asked for, why waste my time and schedule me? I told them over the phone I had no discharge or symptoms.in the office, I told them i've been dizzy lately. Why they kept asking me in the office "what are you her for"? I told them over the phone already. They said the people over the phone ain't put that part in the notes. Why when I left, I called the number back that scheduled the appointment to tell her what happened and how I was treated and refused care, and wanted to make a complaint., she said she would call the office and talk to the manager and get back with me, but never did? I need answers. This is not how planned parenthood should work.
