I arrived at burger king at approximately 11:30 & when I left it was approximately 11:50. I had ordered my food which was 2 large #2 meals and 4 regular whoppers my food amounted to $30.15 when I got to the first window to pay for my food I noticed that the cashier wasn't wearing gloves or her mask and then when I got to the second window to pick up my food I noticed that there was an employee with her mask pinned to her shirt and no gloves and another employee with her mask halfway on her face, her mouth and her nose was exposed and she also wasn't wearing gloves. There was an employee in the back that had asked in a snappy tone "why is she still waiting, what's she waiting on?!" I hadn't even received my food yet. I had been waiting for approximately 12 minutes they told her my order wasn't complete and I had to wait approximately 5 more minutes and when I finally got my food it was cold my fries were very very cold and my burgers were room temperature and they didn't give me a receipt.
