Monro Muffler Brake

I came to the store on Monday to receive air conditioning recharge. It didn't work out so he decided he wanted me to pay $90 the original price was like 150 long stories short the guy who stated he was the district manager. He looks so high off drugs and was very disrespectful I stated I don't think I should pay if it didn't work remind u my air was already working an after I sat there almost 2 hrs n waited I will never ever come back to that place again I really feel like they did something to my air conditioning not knowing what they were doing because my air isn't as cold anymore it's warm when it was cool just not cold the 2 white men were on drugs I know a dope fein when I see one and the black guy was rude as well he stood there and argued with me for at least 15 minutes or longer him and the white guy with the Mohawk the other one didn't even get in it but he was high also I guarantee they get drugged test the whole building would be gone I just thought I should let this be known...
