Today 8/7/22 at approximately 10 am I placed a kiosk order at 7822 Brookville Rd. Indianapolis 46239 for a single sausage egg McMuffin and small coffee 4cream and 4sugar. I paid for my order and the kiosk did not give a receipt. After waiting for some time I asked the manager if they were getting my order and was told “we’re working on it” and kept taking orders. Nobody attempted to get any of my order. I waited another 10minutes and never got my food and was never acknowledged or offered a refund!
