I went to McDonalds on Sat 12/28/19. After waiting 10 minutes to place my order, I ordered a small milkshake. I then paid and waited another 12 minutes to get to the window to receive my milkshake. At that time I was told "no milkshake" do you want something else.
I am not sure of the store number (20893) and address, receipt is not clear.
