JPMorgan Chase

I have been a customer for 15 to 20 years and because I got upset when trying to cash some checks the manager canceled my Accounts ! REALLY ! Who is this lady ? I went in to cash a few checks and after putting my account number on the checks gave my drivers license they had a conversation behind the counter 5 min later wanted my SS number ! I got upset cause I felt like I was being treated like a criminal so I said give the checks back to me and I will go to my other bank and cash ! The manager was nowhere around at this time and the assistant said that's fine so I said would it be fine to close my account and she said no problem so I do admit I called her a [censored] and left ! When I called to talk to the manager she acted like she was there when I had a problem and said that Chase wasn't going to do business with me anymore and shut down my accounts ! Well that is fine with me ! I still have a mortgage with Chase that I will be refinancing in the spring and you better believe it won't be with Chase and I'll be sure to let everyone I know what a [censored]TY Place Chase bank is !
