Aspen Dental

I had my teeth cleaned in 2024 and received the bill in 2025! I was shocked it as for $2,016.00 and my insurance paid $1,094.80 and they are wanting me to pay $921.20 of the remaining balance. My insurance did mail me a check for $643.00, I thought this was for over payment, I put the money in my bank account. I guess if they would have sent the bill in a timely manner I would have paid on the bill. I am contacting the State of Indiana Dentistry 10/23/25 and no one side this was out of network! They should have told me
