Stanton Optical

I broke my glasses. I went to Stanton Optical to replace them and after paying $35 to get to my appointment, Alison told me that I didn't have a real appointment because I made it online. Then when I became irritated, she told me I was childish because I was not happy and then she banned me from that location for-evah.
I left a review and was told to call to make it right. I'm on hold for 1:02:13 so far.
This is what happened the last time, I have been on hold for over 8 hours in total with this.
