My client Rubin Legnacher paid Aspen Dental approximately $10, 000 for dentures that do not fit properly, they tried to adjust but were not successful. My client tried calling numerous times and believe his called were blocked. I as his lawyer and friend called them last week asking that a person in management call me back. No one has called me back to resolve the matter. The Aspen Dental office is located in a Fort Wayne Indiana. Can you imagine the discomfort? And frustration this has caused Rubin?
