I'm filing a complaint because it's been over three weeks that i'm trying to receive the 150 bonus when you refer a friend and if they complete two successful donations it said the 150 automatically goes into your card and that's false advertising and I don't think anyone should go through the same thing I went through I tried calling numerous times nobody answers I went up there to the center twice and they always say there's no manager available for me to talk too about the problem I really needed the money and that's why I refer my friend and i'm thinking i'm gonna get it because of the sign and he successfully completed two donations and put my name on the card and they still haven't send me my money the employees there always just tell me they going to send it but haven't and it's already been over three weeks they shouldn't be putting up signs that are false that's not right i'm sure there's more people that's been through this
