Extended Stay America

I booked a ground floor handicapped room a week ahead for 9/7/2020 and 9/8/2020 and was told there would be no problem. When we arrived we were told there was not one of these available and they put us on the second floor.

The only TV channel that worked was CNN. The others would come on a few seconds SS then displayed No Signal.

The hand-held shower did not work.

There were ants on the stove.

No coffee pot in the room. I called about that and the girl told me they didn't have coffee for those pots so they removed them from the rooms. I asked about breakfast and coffee downstairs. She said that because of COVID there was no breakfast or coffee
downstairs.

I will NEVER stay at another Extended Stay America facility again.

Buyer beware. You pay for services that you do not get.
