Mavis Discount Tire - Power steering line

Was told my high pressure line was bad and it would cost 450$ went to another mechanic and he said it was the return line and said it would cost 100$. Mavis is a bunch of scam artist!

Desired outcome: Fix my car for what it’s worth 100$
