BMO Harris Bank - Check deposit

I deposit a check on the 22 December to get a little Christmas money but BMO put a hold in check even they already took the money from the check from the other bank and even they got the funds I wont get my fund until the 5 January so it means I had a horrible Christmas and really bad new years and I be late to pay my rent after this I'm changing banks and I be calling the number [protected] to resolve this since yesterday and no answer and the other person there it was really rude no people skills I never had problems in my bank only here that my wife we put a join account even she is so mad that we are changing bank after this problem. I don't put my number because I don't want some to take my account but I still went to 2 BMO bank and they didn't care in absolutely.

Oh my God I just wrote them. They had the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Tuesday I am getting out of that bank. My problem with them is when you call from the back of your debit card you are on hold for at least an hour every single time. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from any company I have ever worked with. I am so sorry that you are going through this it's got a really stink for you. They are the worst bank that I've ever seen in my life they don't care about their customers they don't care about customer service they wanted me to come in just this change my email address. I'm like why can't I do it over the phone no you have to come in to do this I never did by the way. And every time I go to sign into my account it doesn't accept my password. So I have to call them at least 15 times a month to reset my password. And every time I do I'm on hold for at least an hour. I can't believe that they are still in business I am waiting to see it on the news at BMO Harris is gone. I'm so sorry that you're going through this. But I do believe it because they do stink as a bank. I hate to say this but happy holidays and I hope you get your money cuz that really stinks. Sincerely LW
