Home Depot

I signed up for a credit card with Home Depot and they said that my first payment was late by one hour because they are on the east side. They charged me $29.00 on a hundred dollar credit bill. I told them that no where was it stated that I had to pay by eastern time. They charged me anyway. I said I would like to close down the account. This month, I received a 33 dollar late fee on the same amount. My statement came a day LATER than it was due. I said that I had already told a CSR that I wanted to close my account, and she told me that it was late, even after I had paid. Now it is a total of 61 dollars on a 100 bill. No one listened, even after I had paid down the card and asked for it to be shut down. I paid the first fee, plus all that was owed. Why should I have to pay the 33 dollars after the fact? I was told that I would not have to pay it, and yet was charged anyway. I live hand to mouth, and trusted this company.
