I am absolutely sick of the poor customer service at this pharmacy. It's absolutely heinous. It takes at least 3 people and about 2 visits to even get my prescriptions. I have four, as you imagine I spend quite a bit of time trying to get them filled. I am bipolar. My medication is detrimental to my mental health. Missing even one day can have severe results. I take lithium, dioxipin, lamictal and xanax. These medications are no joke. Extremely necessary for me. Your pharmacy techs are horrible. They are glorified cashiers that's it. Only one knows what she's doing. I have been told they were at a different pharmacy (they were not) I've been told they'd be later than they were supposed to be. (They weren't) They were out of dioxipin. This is a very old antidepressant. Why would my prescription not be filled as they are automatically sent in. Let's see.. another told me to check the app.. what gall. Oh and the app is never right, but the way. Sometimes my prescription will come with 24 to 48 hours of me running out. This is horrendous. You should be ashamed of the absolute disinformation. From the pharmacy to the app to the lack of customer care. I don't Know if it's because I have a medical card or what. I am not less than. When I go back to my doctor in 90 days, I'm switching pharmacies. I am appalled and disgusted. I spend nearly half the month trying to get my medication. You all have wasted so much of my time, not to mention my energy and gas. I've gone through 6 MONTHS of the ridiculousness. After I switch in July I will NEVER step foot in ANY of your stores again. You should be ashamed of having your name on this building. Everything about it the pharmacy, the customer service, misinformation and lack of knowledge. Again, disgusting.. on top of that, you've changed your points system. Now you all police how people use them over $5... even though we spend money to earn them.. this whole company is a joke. Go out of business like CVS.. at least they get prescriptions right.
