I have contacted the Lombard Il Store. They sent someone out from AHM to repair the chair. Al said he would order a new seat (if available) it would be sent to our home. Bought on 9/8/21 deli 9/14/21. Notified store in August that the seat was bad and wanted to return/exchange. They told me they needed to order the part. It's been 5 months and still nothing. I paid 1875.91 for this chair. Why can't I exchange it for a different chair. Poor customer service.

On April 3, 2021 we purchased a floor model recliner. (Sales order is attached). It was delivered on April 7, 2021 and was absolutely great with all remote actions working, as they did in the store. On Wednesday, April 8, 2021 I reclined with the remote and when I tried the massage, lumbar and heat neither worked and the remote was dead. No lights or any action from the remote was detected. It simply stopped working. I tried calling The Dump in Lombard, IL, but the message stated that they "apologize, but phone service is currently unavailable". The same message for customer service applies today April 22, 2021. I tried the store and customer service numerous times, but get that same message each time. I called the Protect All Premium Protection Program, but was told that the merchant warranty is for one year and then the Protect All kicks in. So, for 15 days now I have been unable to do anything but sit in a recliner that won't recline, massage, lumbar, or headrest adjust because the remote died. I would like some response to this issue as to how to get a replacement remote so that I may enjoy my $1200.00 chair. Please, any assistance and a reply to this complaint would be greatly appreciated.
Desired outcome: A replacement remote is all I ask for.
