Jewel-Osco

I was at the Jewel store in Lisle and the app did not work. They needed to manually override the system to give me credit for the items I bought. Also you search doesn't work correctly on the app. Green Giant vegetables are on sale according to the Jewel ad but it does not come up in the search. Can someone in the tech department fix these issues. I am in tech and this would not be an issue at the place I work.

As I was walking out of the Jewel (Lisle, Illinois) on 6-11-23 at around 11am, a special needs cart worker followed me to my car and started asking my 8 year old daughter all these questions: what is your name, where do you live, what school do you go to, etc. I told him to please leave and he just kept standing there persistent to ask her questions and when I told him to please stop, he just kept repeating, "I was just curious, I was just curious." He would not acknowledge me — just her and kept asking her over and over what school she went to.
