White Castle

Went into the location Plainfield Ill. at 2231 S. route 59 for a lare dinner. Sorry I did since I waited over a half hour for 4 burgers. While I was waiting a customer asked how long will he wate for his order since the line was building. I told him I was waiting for over 30 min for 4 burgers, he turned and walked out.

I also noted the filth as I walked in MUD on the floor and Food all over behind the counter on the floor. I seen one employee opening a package with her mouth. The area was not one to eat food. I would shut this location down.

The cars in line were about 12 and no one seemed to care about serving any of us. I remember White Castel was a great place some 60 years ago, thats all over now.

Fries greasy and limp. Buns hard. We waited forever in drive thru with only one car in front of us? Why? Receipt barely legible & couldn't be attached, as your system said it was too large? I am sure you could tell the time the order was placed and the time it was paid by order # above. Terrible experience.
