Steak 'n Shake

I have a receipt from 11/10/21 which was denied a validation code because I had recently sent a survey in. The email message I received said only one survey per household per 14 days. This is not stated on your receipts. It only says the survey needs to be sent in within 7 days & expires in 30 days. There's nothing about limiting the number of surveys sent in per 14 days. SteaknShake is my favorite fast food restaurant. It has the best steakburgers & shakes. It also has the best service. The managers are awesome! They care about the service they give.
