I recently noticed on my bill that I was being charged for an additional line that wasn't mine. I went to the local store and the staff informed me that it was added to my account in October of 2020. He also informed me that it was never used. He gave me the number to call for customer service and said they weren't allowed to do refunds. I called the service line where the manager told me it's a pre paid service and they don't do refunds. I have paid for this additional line almost 3 years now and they are refusing to refund me for it. No offer of store credit was made either. I just want my money back for something I never added to the account.
Desired outcome: Refund for months of charges or an in store credit towards merchandise.
