6/6/21 Shopped in your store at 9206 S Western Ave. Evergreen Park, IL 60805 after 1:00pm. After shopping and standing in line awaiting my turn to have my items checked out (longer than 10 minutes); a lady that was 2 persons in front of me got to the register and want to grab another item from the floor area, which was fine so the cashier (that may have been a manager) waited for the customer to return before continuing checking out her items. Customer returned to register and realize she wanted something else from floor area and again the cashier stopped ringing her items until she returned(now 20 minutes in line) upon customer returning the second time, she asked cashier about another item and she wanted to show her but she needed to go to her CAR to get her cell phone to show her. Instead of the cashier putting a hold on that sell order to multitask to the next waiting customer, she insists on holding the line until the customer came from her car with phone. When I asked why can't you multitask and check someone else out instead of holding up line, her attitude was not acceptable! I said it is very sad to have all this good gospel music playing and you have such an insensitive attitude concerning others that have been waiting in this line while someone went to floor twice to get other items and to add icing on cake hold of the line even more while customer went to car for cell phone. I know I have been an Ashley Stewart customer so much longer than this worker been employed, but this type of nastiness is not acceptable or good for Ashley brand. It is ok to push the diva theory, but this should never replace a good quality level of customer service to all customers and not just the ones that the employee(s) may know! Very disappointed.
And this so call manager cashier just kept talking after I said I am finish and I will just take this up with corporate.

I was at the 9206 S Western store yesterday I wanted to purchase a pair of earrings that was marked on the label as clearance and I have photos to support what I'm saying the manager at store 503 refused to honor the item that was marked as clearance and I told her I would contact corporate explaining her attitude and refusing to honor the clearance
