Jewel-Osco - My 16 year old daughter whom is an employee of jewel

Good Morning,

My daughter, Dyamond Truman is currently employed at the Jewel in Elmhurst, Il and we have a human resource issue that needs attention. I did try speaking with a supervisor by the name of Gina, whom spoke over me and in short refused to discuss my concerns.
