I purchased my items and paid for them. When I received my change one of the dollar bills had a huge hole in it and was very faded and discolored. Also it was stapled together because it was ripped in half . I asked for another dollar because obviously this is unacceptable. I was met with an attitude and told I was a chinese punk when I said I didn't want this dollar. He said he had to ask the manager if he can exchange it when he gave me the bill in the first place. The manager also has a very bad attitude.He slammed the drive thru window and glared at me. I've never been to such a racist establishment. I've never been embarrassed and disrespected while spending my money at your business. If this is how you do business I will take my business elsewhere.
White Castle - incompetent service
I have ordered my final order from this place. They screw up my online order 3/3 times in the last month. Today I even asked them for marinara sauce for my chicken rings and they said no problem. But they forget the cchicken rings. This upsets me because I live 10 minutes away. I wasted 20 minutes to get what I expect is a very simple order. They can't refund me unless I go back. Why do I have to take 40 minutes out of my Saturday to get refund or my chicken rings?
