My daughter has suffered and been diagnose with ADHD for over three years. On January 13,2024 at 11am she went to get her prescription filled at 4700 S. Haslted as usual. Unfortunately, this time she was missing 18 pills from her bottle. Her monthly doses is 30 pills and she has always been able to function with the correct amount. The reason for this email is to request that the cameras be relooked and that my daughter pills be reissued. This medication has allowed my daughter to remain functional and productive within her environment daily. As a parent, I want and can protect my daughter from things within my control but I cannot protect her from things outside of my control (mental illness).
