12/8/21 @1514. Michigan Ave Chicago. I was measured incorrectly, no one came to help in the drsg room. after 10 min and getting redressed someone came. I discussed I was disappointed and did not want to undress again. when I got to the register I asked if some one was in charge of the dressing room and she told me no. but someone will help you. I told her what happened. she acted like no big deal. I asked for a free stocking for the trouble since I was spending so much. she just said no. I purchased a pair of house shoes that I wore in the hotel. the front of both shoes opened up. when I called to make sure I could take them back. I was to yes. when I arrived at the store they asked who I spoke to over the phone. because they do no take damaged goods because they cant put them in the floor.
