Horizon Hobby

On 06/28/2023 I ordered this product from their website. It is supposed to be a brand new product. when I received the package, the label and seal on the box was cut and covered with regular tape. also the charger was in a weird plastic bag and full of finger prints. The 2 included batteries had green stickers like they put on returned or used items.

I contacted customer service which is extremely hard to reach, since they cancelled phone support and reverted to virtual chats. I sent picture to the agent I was chatting with and they said their warehouse said it's impossible, they only ship brand new items, and therefore they cannot send me a new replacement (I just asked for replacement not a return).

Basically after spending close to $300 I am stuck with a used item. I would never do business with this company again. You should not support this kind of customer service. I'm surprised they are still in business.
