TruGreen

I have repeatedly call Trugreen about the grubs eating the grass on my front lawn. They will not schedule someone to come onsite in a timely manner, so the insets continue to eat my grass for another 4 days.

I've been complaining weekly and spoken to multiple CSR's who can't seem to get me the service needed to resolve the problem. A technician finally came out on Tuesday, 9/22 without the proper chemicals needed to kill grubs. I called again to reschedule and they won't send another technician for another week. By that time, my front lawn will be completely destroyed.
