My mother (91 yrs old) and myself were in the toy aisle at Walmart in Carbondale, IL. I saw an employee work on a floor cleaner machine then walk away. All of a sudden this floor cleaner machine starts moving on its own going down one aisle then coming up the aisle my mother & I were in. It was coming straight towards us and I had to hurry & get my mother out of the way. It came very close to hitting her. This thing never stopped. We moved on to the next aisle and this thing came back and again I had to hurry & get my mother out of the way. This machine is very dangerous to be left unattended. I hope you will either reconsider using this machine or only use it at night when there are no customers around. I mentioned this incident to an employee that was near us and she didn't seem to care either way. Very sad.
Desired outcome: Use this unattended floor cleaner machine at night when no customers are around.
