Walgreens - rude employee

I was at Walgreens in Berwyn, Ill.at Harlem and Cermak shopping, when I finished I brought my items to the register took all the items out of the basket and put the basket next to a register where there was one basket on the floor already, to my surprise the cashier at that register told me to put it back in its place, to which I respond there is one there already, she said oh I havent had time to put it back.Isnt the cashier job to put the basket away, I mean they do get paid to work. They just want to stay behind the counter, glued to the same spot and let the custmer do it for them.I DONT THINK SO.

I agree with everyone else, you got the basket from the door when you walked in and it's the same door you have to walk out of. I mean come on, just drop it off on your way out and stop feeling so entitled because you shop "pay" her salary. Do you know how much of the money you spend there she actually gets? I can guarantee you if she is at the register it isn't enough to be cleaning up after everyone who walks in and out of there.

I hate people like you. Although I would never tell a customer to put a basket back because lazy ### people always are offended and waste even more of my time, it certainly pisses me off. Between all the side jobs that I must finish before my shift ends and constantly running back to the register to ring someone up (that someone who is never really ready to check out, but instead decides to waste my time), you expect me to run after the mess you made like you are a 3 year-old? Hell no! You already made a huge mess in every aisle that you shopped in, probably tossed things you decided not to buy wherever the hell you pleased or handed it to me personally so that I could put it away for you. Do you realize that EVERYONE before you just did the same thing? It kind of adds up. People like you are the reason employees don't get out of work at the scheduled time, and why they get crankier and crankier with each passing day. You think that we are RUDE? How rude is it to be a guest in someone else's building, make a friggn mess, waste people's time, and then dare to be offended when someone tries to correct your terrible manners?

just so you know working at walgreens, you are suposed to be glued behinf the counter... im suposed to be at the register to ring people up. thats my job. to be friendly, and just because one person left thier basket there doesnt mean its alright to make a stack there.. you know it doesnt go there so why add to it. if you say a wrapper on the floor. would you just throw yours there too? thats whats wrong with people like you. "if someone else did it then its alright for me to do it". hey everyones jumping off bridges ur turns next...

haha..I love everyone else's comments. I think "Where did the customer get the basket?" Do you leave your house that way? Do you just leave things laying around? Put the basket where you found it..or wait..do you have memory loss? Lazy ### customer
