Do NOT spend your money at this location! **Spend your money 💳 at you own risk after reading this review** I purchased a brand new phone at this location. I later used the hands free speaker phone feature and learned that it was not working. I called Metro PCS (800) number and they informed me that it was well within my 30 day manufacture warranty and advised me to return to the store in which I purchased my phone, with my receipt, and they can send the phone back under the warranty. I get there and I spoke with a Geovanty, a sales person at this location, and he verified that speaker phone was not working and there wasn't any physical damage to the phone. He then proceeds to ask me where was the pin stylus to the phone? I informed him when I purchased the the phone that empty hole was there. I initially thought it was a strange design when I bought the phone to have a hole on the end where no cords go in for charging. I told him I never even saw a stylus when I purchased the phone. Ironically enough, they had another phone just like my make and model 
in the store and ironically enough there wasn't any stylus in that one either. Not sure if this location is taking them out of the phones so they never have to be obligated to send out any defected phones to the manufacture because of the missing stylus. Then a balding tall overwieght Supervisor came in and started talking about we can't help you. I asked him to call Metro PCS customer number and let them act as a 3rd party to address the issue. The Supervisor declined on calling said that I can call Customer Service "outside". I asked the sales person Geovanty what wasv the Supervisor name and he states he could not disclose it? Smh! I immediately left the store called metro PCS and they were floored with the poor customer service displayed at this location. They immediately put in a formal complaint into the Corporate office. Metro PCS (800) customer# was very apologetic and gave me LG customer service phone number. LG was very obliged in assisting me in trying to fix my phone. They ended up emailing me a shipping slip to get my phone over to them for free and stated it will take approximately 2 weeks to fix it. I would need a temporary phone in the meantime until it can get fixed. Now that's customer service! Now why couldn't this crappy store in Aurora provide the same customer service experience? They didn't even try to help me when they are the ones to sell me a defected product minus a stylus for my phone. Even when I had my receipt and was within the 30 day manufacture warranty time limit. I would NEVER set foot 👟 in this establishment ever again! I pray you follow suit after reading this review. There are other stores within this store's location radius that will appreciate your business and provide Stella customer service. This location is not equipped to provide that!
