Jewel-Osco

I have a prescription for Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol. This inhaler manufactured by Lupin is defective and does not contain the full 200 metered doses (90 mcg per actuation). I notified the pharmacist at this store and was simply told she does not decide what manufacturer ordered/used. She took no further action such as possibly notifying the purchasing agent of this issue or advise me how to get this issued resolved myself with Osco Pharmacy. I have had three such inhalers (April, May and June 2021) and each has run out* of medication long before it should (30 days). The Lot numbers are 100244 and 100242. This is an issue that should be addressed as it poses a health risk to those who used this type of inhaler.

*Two were empty after reaching count of 140 and one at count of 80.
