11/28 & 12/2/2019, I puchased a recliner for $316.94 and was given a $40 coupon to be used starting 12/1. When I went to use the coupon on 12/2/2019 I was told by the cashier and the the manager (Clint) that I had to spend another $200 before they could honor the coupon. Not only was I humiliated and embarassed, the manager was very rude. He was there the day I purchased the recliner and was told to make sure I keep the receipt with the coupon so it shows I already spent over $200. Which I did! This is false advertising if you ask me. The least they could of done was offer something or apologize but they did nothing and thought nothing of it. Last time I spend any money there.
