I have purchased/delivered two items of BH&G through Walmart. BOTH have arrived with boxes in great shape but contents are broken. Thus telling me it is damaged in manufacturing /packaging and let go through to the customer!
I sent back the first shelf, but this one didn't want to deal with it and I wanted it bad! Attached are the issues I discovered after opening it. Please send me a new door bar so I can complete putting this together for use! I will DEAL with the rest of the broken/damaged pieces and fixed what I could. A discount on the $219.00 purchase would also be nice. Or deliver me a new one put together and take this one back!
Regrettably I will not be purchasing anything else of BH&G - It was not a Walmart issue - unless they are the one manufacturing your merchandise!

This is just the piece of furniture I was looking for and I am truly disappointed in BH&G in that you allow such damaged items to be shipped!
