Popeyes - Mobile app at the Coralville, Iowa Franchise

We put in a mobile order for a 16 piece, and a 24 piece. We have a family of 7 to feed. The app asked if we wanted to drive through, or go into the store. As we have auto immune people in our family we chose drive through.

We pulled up to the speaker and said we had a mobile order, gave the name for the order. We were told that they no longer served mobile orders at the drive through any more, although that was not what the app said. We were told there was a special place inside where our order could be picked up. I went inside, with my mask on, but found no place that looked like a mobile order pick up place, and there were no signs. I went and stood in the line. Four inside orders were filled before I got to speak with anyone. When I talked to the person at the counter, our order had not been started yet, so he found the ticket for the order and pulled the boxes out. He put in a couple of breasts, and hurried off to do another order. When he came back he put in a bunch more breasts, a couple legs, and went to attend to something else. When he returned another couple of breasts were put into the boxes, packed up, & given to me. When we got home I found there were no biscuits in the order. I called the store to complain about the biscuits, and not getting our order until after so many people had been served, the counter person starting and stopping our order, and no biscuits. I was told that they were a franchise and their owner had decided not to serve mobile orders through the drive up. I told the manager about waiting behind so many people, our order being stopped and started multiple times, I asked what was the purpose of call ahead if we were not going to get our stuff when we arrived, the time we were supposed to be served was at 10 minutes to the hour, we did not get served for 20 minutes past that. I was told that biscuits did not come unless we got a full family meal. We don't purchase sides because the amount of chicken we need is $64.10 and that is the top of our once a month eat out dinner.

We purchase based on the number of pieces of chicken we need to feed the seven of us. That turns out to 4 pieces for per adult, three pieces for the 13 year old, and the small children get 2 wings and 2 legs each, making a total of 24 pieces. My husband and the 13 year old were out on a errand when we got home with the chicken, but when we served the people 5 people who were home we were missing chicken as the two women only got three pieces instead of four, the one adult male did get his 4 pieces because he works a hard job at the local hospital, is always ravenous as he is 21 also. The two little ones got two legs each and had to split a breast, the last two men got two pieces each. At least they were breasts, but still?! We absolutely love Popeyes and drive way out of our way to get your chicken, but all of this put together is ridiculous!

Desired outcome: I want the app or the stores policy changed and I would like a free family meal
