I went to your Ames, Iowa store today to purchase some Gourami fish. The sales clerk informed me that purchasing aquarium plants was required for buying Gourami fish. There was no such sign and I now see there is no such policy on your website. I have a feeling that employees must be paid a commission on the dollar amount they sell. I don't like to be lied to by anyone, much less someone who is supposed to be representing a "reputable business." I believe her name was Alex. BTW, when I got out to my car with my fish, I tested the bag water that the fish came in and the Ph, the ammonia and the nitrate levels of the water was sky high. Your employees need to test your tanks and rectify the situation as needed.
