Today I went to Firehouse & when it was my turn to order, I asked the gentleman how are you today? He was abrupt & said “ what can I get you? I did not respond & left. A few weeks ago at the same location, I went to pickup an online order. I asked the female Manager if those orders were for online pickup? She responded with-“Can’t you read? “ Again, I tip every time I go in this store. It is one of the rudest spots I have gotten food from. My Son had a similar experience there yesterday. The staff & owner need to be retrained in customer care.
I spend over $90. each time I buy food from them. It should not matter if I buy one sandwich. The staff is in no hurry to take your order & rude for no reason.” Hey, I’m sorry you have to work, yet so do I. “It does not reflect well on Firehouse Subs. As They help Firefighters-who in turn help us. I hope this location gets the help it needs. I’m no longer a customer.
Desired outcome: Decent attitude when staff is speaking to customers & vice versa. Very rude people taking orders. Retraining in customer care. Take a tip from Five Guys next door-great customer service each time.
