My name is pheathine Quinn jr with PNQ Load Runners LLC I Visited the loves truck care in tifton ga on 10/01/2023 to have a leaking brand new steer tire checked...the technician and I examined the tire in which we didn't see any major damage so he said he recommended replacing the tire and also applied a used tire casing whiched cost me 677.82.. today it's 10/16/2023 and the same tire that he replaced was low on air took it to the loves in Toomsuba Ms and discovered a cracked valve stem the technician in tifton never checked for leaks using the water or soap method only visual which you can't see a leak... I feel that the technician didn't properly examine the tire for leaks and would like to be reimbursed the amount of 677.82 for a tire that I didn't need
