Church's Chicken

Every time I make a purchase I take my receipt and go on the website to complete the survey for a free item but something on that website is totally out of whack because I put the store number in and then the date but no matter when I go to complete my survey it always says that the survey is not available any longer, as if I waited too long so I tried it differently and did it closer to the day and time and it still said the same thing so I tried to do my survey immediately after my purchase like within an hour, within 30 minutes down to within one minute after my purchase and it still says the same thing. I mean you have got to be kidding me. How is that possible. When can I possibly be able to take my survey and redeem my free item. Its like its impossible or false advertising or something. This has become very frustrating so please help me and make this right for me.
